Privacy Policy
Last updated:
Verses of Light shares short Bible teachings on YouTube, on this website (versesoflight.org) and on our social media pages. This page explains what happens to your data when you visit this website or our Facebook Pages. In short: we do not collect personal data about you, and we never sell data.
This website
- There are no accounts, sign-ups, forms, ads or tracking tools of our own on this website.
- Hosting: the website is delivered by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare handles technical data such as your IP address to show you the pages and protect the site against attacks.
- Fonts: the letters on the site are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads (Google's privacy policy).
- Videos: the home page shows pictures of our videos from YouTube's image server (i.ytimg.com) and asks YouTube which of our newest videos are already out (this question is sent without cookies). So Google receives your IP address when the home page loads. The videos themselves play on YouTube, under Google's privacy policy.
- Links to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Bible Hub (where you can read the Bible chapters) take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Our Facebook app
We use a small Meta app called Natnael Page Poster only to publish and schedule our own videos and posts on our own Facebook Pages: Verses Of Light and our nature channel's Page, Wild World Wonders.
- Only the owner of these Pages uses the app. Nobody else logs in to it.
- It does not collect, store or share personal data about people who see, follow, like or comment on our Pages.
- The only thing it keeps is each Page's private access key, stored on the Page owner's own computer and used only to post to that Page.
- We do not sell any data and do not use it for advertising.
Comments, likes and messages on our social media pages are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.
Children
Our teachings are for everyone. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
